Welcome to my scientific website!

My research focuses on consciousness from a neuroscience point of view. What are the brain mechanisms allowing us to consciously perceive information in the external world? How spontaneous brain activity can give rise to the consciousness of our thoughts, of our own actions? To explore these questions, I use a combination of methods including psychophysics, eye movements tracking, transcranial magnetic stimulation, functional magnetic resonance imaging, electro- and magnetoencephalography.

I am a researcher from the CNRS, who recently joined the
IMPACT team within the Lyon Neuroscience Research Center (Lyon, France). Before that, I was a postdoctoral fellow with Dr. Leslie G. Ungerleider at the Laboratory of Brain and Cognition at the National Institute of Mental Heath (Bethesda MD, USA). I also worked at the Berenson-Allen Center for Noninvasive Brain Stimulation at the Harvard Medical School (Boston MA, USA), at the Brain and Spine Institute (Paris, France) and the IRIS Laboratory (Paris, France).
